You said 9th and I was reading 9th grade. Sounds like kids.

So everything it fine - Maybe they were surprised by something and couldn't finish.

I have to admit, I always wondered why you were concerned about your safety at the old complex. You never had any problems and you were there for years.

Safety was part of it. The other part was that I felt the need to move out. There was a quality of life that was lacking that I feel this new place will offer.
