Had a good day today. Did a little work, walked to the shops, and saw the GP for script update and blood test forms.

The K testing is not part of the problem. It's trying to assess if supplements that once were shown to be effective (probably) are still being dosed at the optimum level.

I have many variables, including time. All I want is some quantifiable data, but he says it won't help me :-(
