Eastercon was wonderful. After we got home this afternoon, someone asked me what I'd done at Eastercon, and when I thought about it...well, I did really enjoy the one panel I went to ("mythology in fantasy", Saturday morning), I loved Neil Gaiman's GoH reading & talk, and Mitch Benn's concert was very, very funny and fun - but really, what I did

Thank you! It was the best thing I've done for a long, long time - I really needed something like this to get me buzzing and excited in the middle of our long, cold, grey, rainy non-spring.

We loved it too! As we were driving home, we were talking about our very favorite things from the con, and one of the favorites we both agreed on was how we'd gotten to have such great conversations with you and Aliette!

Hey - glad you had a good time at the con. I was keeping an eye out for you in the panels, but I guess now I know why I didn't see you! I thought Gaiman's reading was superb. The guy's mastered the art.

I have to admit, I go to fewer and fewer panels with every con I go to. But the one panel I did see was fun, and Patrick really enjoyed the others he went to. I totally agree with you on Gaiman's reading! He could be a voice actor if he wanted to - he's just amazing at that.
