I don't know how YA-friendly they are, but Tor.com takes longer fiction, FYI.

I just finished Max Gladstone's Craft sequence, or at least the ones that are out so far, (Three Parts Dead is the first book) and wow. I was blown away. The worldbuilding is so cool and the characters are complex & real. It's the aftermath of the God Wars, in which people rose up and killed most of the gods so they could steal their magical power. There are spells cast by contracts written by lawyers and necromancers, avatars of a few lingering gods... I loved these. Very different and very cool.

My for-fun reading this week is Mary Robinette Kowal's Of Noble Family, and it's so good I'm looking forward to my time on the treadmill later today. :)

Ooh, I haven't read the Max Gladstone books yet. Adding them to my TBR list! And yay for fun reading to make the treadmill go faster.

(And thanks very much for the Tor.com tip!)
