Stories of my year (7 published, 1 abandoned...and why)

Since it's mid-November, now, writers all around the internet are putting together lists of their award-eligible stories published in 2014. In a similar vein, I thought it would be nice to do a sum-up here of all the stories of mine that were published this year, for my own sake (because it's a lovely reminder to me that yes, I really did get stuff

Oh, it's hard to let go of anything you put that much time and effort into, but if it's not working right now, it's not working. I'm so glad that your other projects are fun and feel right. *hugs*

It can be a huge disappointment but then a huge sense of release and freedom when you put a project aside. I've felt that too.

And so many stories! There are bunches I've missed out on and am going to catch up on. I do love what you write--so just you keep on writing the stories you love <3

I just realized that the Auntie one I *had* read--an excellent tale. And I'm so glad for the transfiguration for Cassandra in "Lighting Candles," because *dang*, she was selflessly loving and it was shaping up pretty sadly for her.
