sounds like a wonderful day (I *love* Mr B's - they do awesome events - perhaps you can do one there at some point?)

I went to an amanda Palmer Kickstarter party this weekend - amazing fun!

Glad to bear you're happy with Barry Goldblatt. I was briefly with that acency until my agent decamped and I went with her - which seemed like the logical thing to do since we were in the middle of a rewrite at the time. Then she stepped sideways out of agenting. Ouch.

I'm now with Amy Boggs of Donald Maass, and very happy. Amy didn't make my original DAW sale, but she converted it to a three book deal. Yay!

Just read "The Wrong Foot"--so much fun! I've always thought the exact same thing about that glass-slipper-trying-on business, and you solved the problem in *such* a perfect way. Loved it very much ^_^

Came here to tell you how much I loved this little story that arrived in my inbox this morning! And then I see you've mentioned it on your journal. Great!
But now of course I want to read more about Sophia and her new love... just left me wanting more.

Absolutely loved "The Wrong Foot". Can't wait for it to appear on the DSF site so I can share it with my reading/writing group.
