Well I finally talked to my boss about quitting & it turned out very surprising. She tried everything to get me to stay which was very flattering, she offered to try & get me a raise, offer me less hours & even offered me asst. manager position. Of course the only thing I'd want is to have a certain person fired but there's no way that would happen
