Oh my god, I can't believe I never read this before. This brings back good memories (CATS!), and Riku identifying with Grizabella is genius.
Kairi's whiskers twitched. "You were a lot more talkative as Quaxo." Is that a hint at Kairi/Princesses of the Heart being able to see the truth of someone's heart, or something similar like at the beginning of the first game with Riku?

As for Kairi's line, it was kinda both those things (but more of the Princess of Heart thing).
