It's hot and intense, and I *love* the way you write their relationship. The way the tension breaks afterward is pitch perfect, and the last line is a killer.

Thank you! After all that woe and fretting on my part, I'm sure you're just as glad as I am that I finally finished the damn thing...and I am *so* glad that I did.

I really love their relationship, and I wanted to try and capture it here as best I could. Actually, if this turns out the way I want it to, the entire series should be *all* about the things I love about their relationship. Which. Gah. I have to do some serious thinky-work this weekend.

Thank you! Yeah, something new, and I've been wanting to write this forever, so I'm very glad that I finally managed to make headway on starting this series.

You totally know that, although Stella is into it at the moment, there's another level on which she's not taking commanding!Mac seriously AT ALL.

God I love this, the intensity, the desire, the need. Just excellent and so perfectly balanced.

I love how you write Mac and Stella's friendship and relationship. The way you evoke so much of how they feel about each other and how much they need each other.

"You know I'm going to return the favor," she says.

"I hope so," he says.

"You don't need to worry about that." She kisses him and he kisses her back, then reaches to turn out the light. Stella rests her head on his chest and listens as his breathing deepens, and she smiles to herself in the dark.

She wants to see him break; he needs it as much as she does.

Oh yes please ..I look forward to seeing what you come up with for that....*g*

Thank you! The relationship between Stella and Mac means a lot to me, and is one of my favorite things about the show, so I really wanted to do it justice here.

Is good, the whole push-pull back forth thing with them. It has great twists where you know there's going to be certain things, but not necessarily the particular action. Like how she pokes on purpose, pusing him to see what he he'll do if she doesn't exactly what he wanted.

And the mix of Mac speaking softly and being so rough and almost maniaical is really rather hot. (ok, so rough mac in general is pretty hot.) Especially with him making little noises and letting go.

I think Stella is definitely the perfect person for Mac to be having this particular, um, set of experiences with, since she *is* so willing to poke him and push and see what will happen, and in general shake him up enough so that he can move out of his comfort zone.
