While I generally applaud the Dutch for their liberalism with respect to things like giving tax breaks to people who live together, whether they are gay, straight, bi, married, engaged, committed, platonic, etc., making most things (soft drugs, prostitution) legal but regulated and so on, I think this is going a bit far.

yes, a bit there. Yeep. The rules they have now seem reasonable- I mean, we still deny teenagers are fit for setual contact until they are 18. But this... Yeeep.
