SWC (movie) caps and Stephen/Paul wallpaper

First day of winter break and what do I do? Make SWC caps. I also made a Stephen/Paul wallpaper last week, stealing lyrics from Mirah's "Sweepstakes Prize":

I'm going to download the trial version and take it for a spin since I have a lot of time off work over the next couple weeks, and would have time to play around with it... how does the capping function work? Do you have to do each cap manually, or can you set it to say, like, capture a frame every second/something automated like that?

I think you can only do it manually, which is real simple because all I do is press Space Bar to pause a scene, and then "C" to capture. It's really convenient since they're so close together. You can also download VirtualDubMod in order to do the latter method.
