this is in the weeds, but I think if you put 'no award' on any line on your final ballot, it negates all your votes in that category. Not sure if that applies in the nominating process.

Yes, Price of Spring is my first nomination for novel.

I don't ever see enough to have an opinion. I check out the nominees when they are announced.

Never have figured out what this is about - how many people vote annually? I don't read enough recent stuff to be able to put up anything resembling a vote anyway - not to mention that even if I did I could never make up my mind.
