well. even without the results (which are due in tomorrow) the pathologist is 99% positive that my father has acute myelogenous leukemia. he's still being pumped full of blood and antibiotics and other fluids, but he'll be in hospital for the next month getting and recuperating from chemo treatment. i cried in front of him when the doctor told us.
