aghhh, still loving this so much. the COLORS!!!! your artist is amazing.

if you don't mind, could you explain some of the iconography to me? I know you said on your previous post that it's to do with your patron saint..?

ye! my patron is saint lucy of syracuse! she was an early roman martyr and they cut her eyes out, so she's often depicted holding her eyeballs on a plate, which is horrifying and rad. hence the eyeball on the dagger (the dagger bcus they chopped her head off.) and the palm branch is what all martyrs are holding in portraits. uwu
