In the form of this news article. Not in itself all that entertaining (apart from the haircut), but it features my Quote of the Day:

"Experts have warned that the internet should be treated with great care."

Thank you, the BBC, for that pearl of wisdom.

I wish the BBC considered me an expert on the internet. I know more about it than that woman, I'm sure.

I think most people know more than her, but I also reckon she got edited down to one line in a horrible manner. Looks like a fairly typical "idiot does something stupid, new company issues press release for publicity" story to me, but, there y'go.

Also? At some point, everyone in the UK with an LJ will have met everyone else, but until then, I'll keep adding those I do...

Someone really needed to read Trevor Dykes "How to be a rich DotCom" site. (Great writer, can't design webpages that well).

According to a course-mate of mine who has spend the last 10 years or so working as a theatre/intensive care nurse was saying how the university hospital have about 3-4 surgicval Dildectomies annually. And that's just the cases they can't sort out in the Polyklinik or A&E, which are more of a weekly occurence...

Hey...have added you as a LJ pal-so this is nothing related to your last post.

Anyhow, I think you are right about your extra chewing gum theory. I was chewing away some today and then after about 10-15mins, I was having very strange feelings in my tummy.

Hmmm, there goes that in the bin! Stick to the tic-tacs I think!!!
