I have a job!

Well, technically I don't start until September 7th, but I've been offered the position! I'll be taking calls at a call center called West Corporation, under a contract for Aetna insurance. I'll be answering questions about people who are interested in Medicare, send them information packets, offer to schedule them to talk with someone in person,

I hope it works out well for you! These days we NEED people to help. The Baby boomers are the elderly now, so there's a HUGE influx for medicare and geriatric care!
