So the new comment pages run on a Flash platform, apparently.

Which has been abandoned by Adobe, because HTML5 renders it useless. It also hogs memory.

It's also not supported on any iOS, either.

I CAN'T EVEN, LJ.

i switched to custom comment pages.

This layout is better than some.

I especially like that it's not light text on dark background.

They're the ones who coded it, they should KNOW.

other's have already done so.

And there's still some debate. Someone else mentioned Javascript and AJAX. tbh, both of those are just as horrible.

Yeah, and I doubt someone on the design team is actually running the beta of 9 to know how much it lags.

Unless they're moderately decent programmers. WHICH is up for debate.

It's not Flash - I have used it with my iPhone with no problem :).

Which, tbh, aren't an improvement.

It just loads similarly to Flash.
