Czes was more then ready to have a break. There were only so many ways a person could try to plan a blockade of one's door using a heavy (and possibly unmovable) bed. The first time had been a resounding failure, and now the nights in the asylum were even worse... which was quite a feat considering who knew were his cell was. Also frankly even if he didn't want to admit it, he really had missed sunlight.

A few moments before the guards showed him in with their usual kindness Czes put on a bright, happy smile. There was already one doctor who knew too much about him, he didn't need another.

"Ah it's really bright! I bet I can make all kinds of things like this!"

A barely noticed where he was walking. Today hadn't been a good day, and he wasn't expecting it to get any better. Of all things, it had to start off with dreams and nightmares about C. A couldn't stop thinking about him, and there was a nasty little part of A's mind saying that C had been lying when he said he'd always love A more than anyone.

When he entered the room, he looked around briefly, but didn't really notice the quality of the art supplies. Not wholly out of disinterest, either; he didn't have anything to compare them to, and for all he knew their state was normal.

Well, he'd gotten two very different faces for this session today, hadn't he? Dr. Elliot couldn't keep from raising his eyebrows at the obvious contrast. A big smile from Czeslaw, and then A...well...certainly not smiling.

Hush was smiling. This was a good position to play from.

"I'm glad you think so, Czeslaw."

But the doctor's head inclined more in A's direction as he looked between the two and then waved a hand towards the chairs opposite him at the table.

"Afternoon, A. I'm guessing you two haven't met, so: Introduce yourselves and have a seat, and I'll explain what we're going to be doing today afterwards, alright? Things will go more smoothly, if you two make friends."

He slid his own seat more firmly under the table, waiting for the pair to follow his lead.

"You can go ahead and start getting the paints there wet, if you want, though."

Czes sat down at the table, already looking over the paints and back up to A, "Hello, my name is Thoma-" he stopped to correct himself, old habits dying hard and all that, "Czes, Czeslaw Meyer. I don't think I've heard you before, are you new?"

A also took a seat, resting his head on one of his hands. He picked up one of the blocks of watercolor, a dark reddish one.

"I've been here about a week." Maybe a little longer; he didn't bother keeping track. Time was irrelevant in places like this, sealed off from any outside contact.

"I'm A." He turned the dry paint around several times, as if studying it, before dropping it into the water on his side.
