However. This therapy presented him with a unique opportunity. He could be face to face with that Crusader once again; the one whose life he wanted to end so, so badly. His previous attempt had failed, but this time, he would be successful.
Altaïr prowled in to the room, casting a brief glance around it and its current occupants, speaking to no one-- not even Radu. He was focused, and his target had not yet arrived.
For now, the assassin retreated, lingering off to the side somewhere and keeping his eyes fixed on the door, lurking much like a hawk awaiting the arrival of its prey.

So that was the situation that he was dumped into the room in; screaming and shouting and throwing a very childish fit as he was quickly abandoned on the floor and forgotten, leaving him with the three other patients and this doctor.
He didn't recognize the man (no, of course not, without the bandages) but he had feelings. Not memories, not things he knew as, "this was bad. this has happened to me before and i remember exactly what happened to it and it's bad." No, he had gut instincts and he knew, immediately, that something bad was going to happen and he didn't want to be here and it didn't help that this man was doctor and he ( ... )

He'd been listening for any sound from the hallways, in the first place, and so when the guards had approached, he'd done everything he could to keep the door firmly closed, and when the outsiders had entered-- well, he certainly wasn't rusty with his hand-to-hand, old strength making up for any true gaps. And yet, they cheated (he told them so, in between snarls and threats), having small clubs to raise and usher him along with. It was humiliating. It was demeaning ( ... )
