[The noise of boots hurrying through the corridors echoes over the intercom, and through the halls if you are on the ground floor on level 1. It's a small group of guards, carrying buckets of water, and they stop in front of cell #013. There is not much that can be heard from their conversations, but they appear as surprised and confused as you.

(Someone had scurried away as fast as she could when whatever was behind that door let out those last noises, but she wasn't far enough away that the guards that came out went ignored. She doesn't see anything from her hiding place around a corner, but when the silence comes, she peeks around, her eyes wide, worrying nervously on her bottom lip)

H-hello?

[he may have been a little late, but only slightly out of breath- and the smoke curling around gets a slight, slight cough, voice trying to stay low.]

(she's backing away a little bit)

There was something.. someone... in there. Burning to death, Zack. They were burning to death!

[not advancing on, but looking at rather carefully, glancing around the corner at that silent door.]

Were. What... ah, what happened to the fire? How long's it been since you arrived?
