Mr. Edgeworth, Mr. Kurosaki.

Really now, I thought you at least had enough sense to fill in a simple form. Apparently, that wasn't the case.

Your complaints are rejected.

Mr. Edgeworth. I really hope that  you were just being careless, and that illiteracy is not just another of your obvious problems. For the record, Mr. Edgeworth - "favour". "F.  A. V ( Read more... )

The form didn't indicate what order I should put my name in, so I went with the established order of my country of origin. It's not my fault if your damned forms are unclear, but fine. Give me the forms again. I'll fill them out once more. I'll need another pen.

Hisoka... I don't think that will do you much good.

They're just simple mistakes, right? Anyone can make them. That's what second chances are for, right?

I'm afraid we're very strict here in regards to forms when we do give the patients the opportunity to give us constructive input on the situation. We can't take this sort of behaviour lightly.

Maybe if you put up guidelines, people will be more likely to stick to them? I didn't know about the family name thing, either.

To cast aspersions upon my education, as though we both don't know - everyone in this whole damnable place didn't know that it's just part of a campaign of humiliation, as if everyone didn't know that it's merely an excuse for you lot to escape from any sort of answerability -

Mr. Edgeworth. I will ask you a simple question now, surely simple enough for even your troubled mind to understand. Do you think you can answer a very, very simple question?

...

Rejecting a complaint form on the basis of a petty spelling preference? Bah! This is nothing more than gratuitous pedantry. The end result is what matters, not the petty details that have nothing to do with the aim.

The spelling "F-A-V-O-R" is just as legitimate as "F-A-V-O-U-R;" every English dictionary I have consulted supports both versions.

Of course. I refuse to allow them to needlessly disparage the valuable education you received.
