The Austin Lonestars RFC and the Texas Gay Rodeo Association had an oil-wrestling fundraiser last night at RCC. I'm vaguely disappointed that we only had 4 guys available to wrestle, but we worked out a round-robin to stretch the event ( Read more... )

Aspirin is well-known to thin the blood, but I thought that the lack of this side-effect was one of the advantages of Motrin in certain circumstances.

Dunno about Amoxicillin.

Sorry to hear about the scrapes. Next time, we go for manicures before the match.

I'm sorry to have missed. I spent all but about 5 hours on Saturday asleep. I blame my coworkers with children (aka "disease carrying vectors of death").

Get me his number, we'll see if he wants to go out for First Thursday.

I wouldn't have thought either of those drugs had much if any anticoagulant action.

but fingernail scratches twice?? good heavenly days. I would have thought, as a cat owner someone who is allowed to share his living space with cats, you'd be more inured than most folk to scratching.

Maybe you should inspect the paws of any future wrestling contenders/opponents, and insist on either a good manicure, or bandaids (or disposable nitrile gloves).
