[Then, she pauses, and tip-toes backwards, towards the open window.]

[The same thought's occurred to Allen too, but he's forcing himself to concentrate here. One threat at a time. He needs to handle this quickly, and do it without injuring himself too much, so he can get to everything else as soon as possible. There are only two Exorcists in Nesreca.

A step forward for each one the twin takes backwards, always keeping himself between her and the real Rhode, and when he answers, his voice is clear.]

[You threatened Tyki, which makes you the latter. Another step, and now Allen stops, staring the twin right in the eyes.]

And the moment Allen utters the last sentence, a wall of candles appears, and Rhode lunges forward with a snarl, the candles following.]

[No answer for a moment. It feels too much like choosing, and Allen never chooses, always aims for the impossible and tries to save everyone. This isn't quite the same, though. Rhode isn't helpless, not like some of the other residents. She doesn't need his help. If there's anyone he can trust to handle Rhode, it would be Rhode herself.

Besides, she's right. The way things are going, he probably has two twins to stop instead of one.]

...Be careful.
