This is a completely brilliant idea! I'd never heard of the Circle Line Challenge, but it's a great idea for a fic and I love the way it fits that prompt.

I have a massive soft spot for this pairing, and watching them together with Lester gradually unwinding (and wanting a kebab!) was really sweet.

And of course, Danny's legendary dick gets a mention. *g* I sporfled loudly at Danny's comment (and there was bonus pissing!!)

LOL. No story would be complete without Danny's dick! This is actually the second attempt - I got part of the way into a Ryan/Lester fic about the early attempts of mapping Antarctica (yeah, I know) and then realised it was all going nowhere. Danny is much more obliging and would totally be up for a good night out. He will be fine. Lester will have a crippling hangover.

I read this with a huge smile on my face! It's tons of fun, you have the characterisation perfectly and there are some hilarious throwaway lines - particularly Danny's dick! I particularly like the little character touches - Danny helping with the pushchair and Lester's best attempts to hide that he really has a heart.

Cheers! It occurs to me that by the time they reached Lester's flat Danny would probably have acquired a traffic cone because that's what you do when you're drunk. Lester's heart is the arc's worst-kept secret!

Watching Lester gradually allowing his human side to show, and Danny's perfect nudging of him in the right direction was terrific.
The little character snippets were slid in perfectly.
