Not sure what the music changes. It's still a girl talking about her experiences on drugs.
I don't actually believe in god personally and, in that video at least, the girl doesn't claim that she believes in God either. Naturally a connection to nature could be interpreted as a belief in a connection to god, but she definitely describes it more in terms of spirits rather than a monotheistic deity.
