You know I'll never part ways with meat

but

now that the gas in our house has been turned back on for the first time since May, I'm able to cook again and I'm trying to introduce some more vegetables into my diet. If there any particularly good recipes you can think of that are healthy (in other words, don't tell me how to make an awesome bean & cheese burrito), kindly let me know...

I eat donuts and hot dogs for breakfast pretty much every day because they are only 50 cents and 80 cents respectively at the donut shop down the street and I can't help myself.

stir fry is good, you can add veggies over rice and any sauce. Frozen veggies have more nutrients than fresh ones I hear.

I was introduced to vegetarianism by the OrangeDrinkMeister himself. I enjoy the variety, flavors, and nutrition that comes with non-meat meals. As someone who watches, calories, fat intake, cholesterol, and carbohydrates, I find that vegetarian dishes fit my needs wonderfully. I can enjoy a healthy, tasty meal, and it is good for me. It has helped to bring my cholesterol levels down to an ideal range, when they used to be alarmingly high. EATE VEGE's and LIVE LONGER and HEALTHIER LIVES!
