1. Duplicate base & set to SCREEN @ 56%.
2. Create a new Color Fill layer with #b5b37b & set to SOFT LIGHT @ 100%.
3. Crate a new Curves layer & use these settings:
RGB
I:83, O:80
I:140, O:146
RED
I:109, O:108
I:158, O:173
GREEN
I:124, O:114
BLUE
I:89, O:112
I:154, O:174
4. Create another Color Fill layer with #798ab6 & set to MULTIPLY @ 59%.
5. Duplicate base & drag to the top. Set to SOFT LIGHT @ 100%.
6. Create a new Selective Color layer & use these settings:
REDS
C: -72%
M: +18%
Y: +72%
B: +17%
YELLOWS
C: -48%
M: -54%
Y: +44%
B: +21%
CYANS
C: +60%
M: +14%
Y: -36%
B: 0%
MAGENTAS
C: +52%
M: +39%
Y: -49%
B: 0%
WHITES
C: +27%
NEUTRALS
C: +31%
M: +8%
Y: +15%
B: -2%
7. Duplicate base again & drag to the top. Desaturate (CTRL+SHIFT+U) & set to LUMINOSITY @ 100%.
8. Create a new Hue/Saturation layer & use these settings:
Saturation: +24
