It would be so cool to rewatch all the seasons of Desperate Housewives someday. There are so many things I don't remember. Maybe there'll be time when I'm retired...
I want to buy the entire series and have a small marathon. It's been way too long since I've watched some of the earlier seasons. They're gold, pretty much.
Oh gosh. What isn't to love about this season? I think S2 and S3 were my favorites. Lynette unleashing the rat in the house. The beautiful crying scene after killing Parker's imaginary friend. Spying on Tom. Dancing on the bar counter (so. sexy). "Give her your tie. GIVE IT." The making out with Carlos to prove a point.
It definitely went a little downhill after s3, although there were great moments in between. The storyline with Parker's imaginary friend had just enough funny and sad.
Tom: "Okay, listen, don’t worry about it. I’m sure Mrs. Mulberry is around here somewhere." Lynette: "Or, uh, maybe she’s not. She could have left. You know. Maybe she had some other little boy that she needed to help." Parker: "Like who?" Lynette: "I don’t know. It could be a little boy in, uh, England named Spencer." Tom: "Lynette?" Lynette: "I mean this is conjecture on my part, but it is possible that someone like little Spencer needs Mrs. Mulberry more 'cause he doesn’t have a daddy and a mommy who love him. Yeah, that’s it. He’s an orphan with no hands. Okay?"
Yeah, it remains my second favorite season(probably third now, I am one of the few who is actually genuinly enjoying season 6, I think). Yeah, Applewhite's didn't cut it for me either.
Season 6 is a step up from 5, but I have trouble getting over the errors they made with the time jump, at times. When I think about it, Flicka wise, season 6 has not been half bad. I guess sometimes I don't think I enjoy is as much because of what the others Housewives are doing, they used to be more of a unit in the earlier seasons. I really spend a long time when it comes to choosing favourites though. I always want to be sure that I'm sure about my choices. Anyway, I will be able to put s6 more together in order when it's finished. ;)
That's such a good scene. I didn't really pay enough attention to it the first time I saw it. Oh, you should. It's still fun, though they messed up, there are continuation errors along the way with the time jump, and sometimes that's plain silly.

I know, it's strange to me how they pinned it down, I have always enjoyed it. Except for the Applewhite's, of course. Good season!
