for gym memberships check out your nearest 24 hour fitness. they have a student deal that's $99 for the whole summer, and it only takes a few extra bats of the eyelashes to get 5 free sessions with a trainer too. considering i used to be a full-time member at $46/month, $99 for the summer (plus sessions with a trainer) is a steal! eww i sound like a 24 hour fitness salesperson.

also, good luck with your job hunt. just keep calling the places you applied until they tell you to stop fucking calling or to come in for an interview.

I REALLY want a membership at 24 Hour Fitness because from everything I've heard they're the best, but the closest one is like a half hour away and I don't want to spend lots of money on gas driving there several times a week. That is such a great summer deal, though, compared to other ones which are 3 months for $129 or something.

im doing yoga for 4 nights a week, for 6 weeks, thats 24 hours of yoga, for get this: 46 bucks. total.

Holy crap, that's awesome! Is it a class at VC for credits, or do they just do it there?

This one is at a ballet/tae kwan do place off of Thompson next to Smart and Final. It's $10 for drop-ins, or $60 for like 8 classes I think. I'm definitely thinking I'll look into the VC one...

its for credits, but if you just do credit no credit and show up you'll pass and all will be fine. its not even a big deal i dont think. :)

hahah, I would, but there isn't a Starbucks in Ojai. Yet...they're building one but I'm sure it won't be done until I go back to school.
