Oh, Jess, this is absolutely gorgeous. You have such a way with prose - it's disjointed and woven together all at the same time, and it's fantastic.

(Though I'd nitpick about whether or not that's a happy ending, since it made me tear up, but you know how I am.)

Wow, that was absolutely wonderful! Your writing is very poetic and poignant. I don't quite know what to say, because there is so much happening under the surface in the story... it made me both happy and very sad. Just lovely! <3
