Off to read part two, but just wanted to say I love how your got Logan interrupting Veronica and Piz at the Union. I miss those Logan lines.

This is shaping up to be a really intriguing continuation of early S3. I love that you're calling Veronica on some of her shit, I LOVE that Wallace, Mac, and Weevil are involved, I LOVELOVELOVE the tension b/n Logan and Veronica, and I'm happy that this storyline doesn't revolve around the VM standbye: RAPE. Your characterizations are lovely- it's nice to see a Veronica with some flaws that don't only revolve around her relationship failings.

i really hate that lamb is so nice in this, reading this again really reminded me and it distracted me. because i feel like it's so random and out of nowhere... a kleenex, really? this makes me feel like veronica has been drugged all over again and mistaking his usual rape-mocking for something else.

Can't you just let me do the whole serve and protect thing?what the fuck?! does he not remember when she told him that she had been raped and he laughed in her face

Okay. Before I go onto part two, things I love about this, already. 1) Mac, Wallace, and Veronica hanging out, the two of them giving Veronica a hard time about Piz; 2) Veronica working with Weevil on a real mystery - Yay!; 3) Wallace and Veronica, BFFs together again - God, I miss Wallace so much - thanks for reminding me why; 4) Celeste as the possible Big Bad - woohoo!

Also - Veronica has "Logan Sense" - is that like Spidey Sense? LOL. Love this - but I can't stay and chat because I have to read more.
