I made the decision on the fly yesterday to get my hair cut since I found inexpensive henna at Sunflower Market whilst out and about with my lovely kvancelot and dear Larry. It was quite an experiment, but thanks to Karen, I think it turned out well.

I'm really not sure. I'm getting my ticket at the con since registration already closed. We have a room at the host hotel, so you guys can share with us if you want and it won't be that much money. I'm really excited and attempting to throw a costume together from some stuff I already have and some thrift store finds....

It's amazing how much color it added from being henna, I'm always so skeptical of that stuff.

That's so nice of you girls! We're probably not going to make it as I think Karen's mom is coming this weekend now. Ah well, at least we might make it to the Renaissance Festival in Apache Junction. We need to get together soon, though. It's crazy we live so close but never see each other.

I was a little nervous because it apparently reacts with chemically-treated hair poorly, but it worked out well. And my hair still feels really healthy and strong, even after five days!
