I'm so glad you're a) writing so many stories and b) obviously enjoying it so much *g*

I absolute adore the idea you had for the ficlet involving Naomi! Can't wait to read it, it should be really good- and I can see Jim and Simon doing something like this!

Also... do you need some code for other lj users and communities? You might already know it, like for the italics, so I'm asking lol And do you know you can just have one word linked, instead of having the whole URL? I actually don't know what you may or not know internet wise, so I'm asking tons of questions... if you need some help, you know where to find me *g*

*g* indeed. Although I don't consider about a dozen in two years to be 'so many', I sure get a charge when I finish one -- or even just a scene of the longer one.

And just a couple of weeks ago, I said I wouldn't post fic here. Whoops! I guess I meant, *exclusively*. I'll post it when I put it at Sentinel Angst for dues, for those who aren't on that list -- AND when I learn how to make a 'cut' tag.

Um, I find other communities and users by stumbling over them. I've friended ten people, including TS-Talk; I don't think I can keep up with more.

One-word links? No, I don't know that either. So, when you have time (I think you're probably asleep by now), I'd appreciate if you'd e-mail me with cut-tag code and single-word-link code.

And thank you so much!

Hmm, what I meant was ; do know you the code that allows you to insert the lj tag for users and communities, like the following; starwatcher307 or sentinel_thurs, as a matter fact *g*

And keep on posting fics here, it's always nice to find new stuff when checking our flist *g*

Speaking of which, the cut tag is the following :

<*lj-cut text="Title or Whatever you want to be put here">TEXT<*/lj-cut*>

As usual, remove the * blah blah blah *g*

And for the one-word link, or one-line link, it's like this :

<*a href="URL">Word or sentence you want to be linked to the url

Is it okay, or do you want me to mail you the codes correctly once and for all? You know I don't mind at all *g*

As usual, the end of the code didn't appear correctly *sigh* It's, of course :

<*a href="URL">Word or sentence you want to be linked to the url<*/a*>

I'm still in awe of being able to write fanfic. Up until two years ago, I was absolutely CONVINCED that I didn't have an original idea in my head. Or that, if I did have an idea, I'd never be able to develop it.

I didn't start writing fiction of ANY kind until a little over two years ago, although I had written technical and professional papers before. It was so ... surprising to be able to do it. It's been a kind of uphill battle for me, mostly because my internal "self-editor" is still strictly non-fiction and often gives me a lot of grief about what I write. But I am slowly coming along.

Yep, that's it -- surprising. Particularly since I'm still not sure exactly how I do it.

My hang-up is that I can't avoid beta-ing as I write. But I guess we must be doing something right. As you say, coming along.

Thanks for stopping by.
