A lot of words about a lot of words

This morning, I checked my mail and discovered a necro-comment on Flight of the Bumblebee (that story I wrote for that zine in an attempt to participate in things and make a wider audience aware of my writing that completely failed to have any noticeable effect and also I keep meaning to take the livejournal-zine hybrid off my friends' list because ( Read more... )

As I haven't read that book, I'll stick by my policy of not reading the reviews. What I remember about Teresa Edgerton is that she wrote the Green Lion trilogy, which my sister really liked, so I went through the trouble of finding it, reading it, not particularly liking it, but still leaving Teresa Edgerton on my bookshelves ( ... )

When I was fifteen, a friend sent me Edgerton's steampunk Goblin Moon, which I remember loving, and then finding the sequel in a used bookstore when visiting my grandmother. Fifteen-year-old me remembers those books being quite enjoyable, enough so that I proceeded to get the rest of Edgerton's not very big backlist when time permitted. I should probably measure those windows, eh? I will do so and tell you the dimensions. I assume a Piddlie would know what kind of curtains would be suspended easily on fishing twine.

Well, if it was het, presumably there was at least one cock involved. If not it would be yuri. But, hey. I'm glad someone liked your story and complimented you on it. I haven't read it, incidently. I bet I, too, would enjoy it despite - or because of? - the het. ;-)
