There's something that doesn't sit right with the NWS website stating that the current (as of 9 am) weather in South Bend is "fair" with a temperature of -5 degrees Fahrenheit and wind chill of -21. But the forecast is for high temperature in the teens tomorrow! Yay, I guess

Yes, I have always thought that there was something very wrong with that. Can't it just say "not really cloudy or too sunny"? Hahaha. Stupid cold.
