I love the lyrics! So beautiful... They fit them so well. And even better because they remind me a bit of your style ^_^
Ah, our talk about that Rauhreif doujinshi made me even more eager for a good KakuHidan fic *____* And "Live without" only whetted my appetite! I love the introduction - you put death at the beginning of your story, and death occurs in every part of it, except for the last one - the most subtle, fleeting of them all. It's just crossed my mind that last scene must have taken place not so long before Kakuzu's own death...
The first part is so delightfully banal, with this young innocent Kakuzu whose only desire is to marry his love and have a child (I don't know why but the idea of Kakuzu wanting a baby is so moving to me. He wanted to see her swell with his child, her face flushed and body round and languid, lips plump and kissable. *_* I love this passage, this glimpse of what could have been but never came true.) And I love the banality of this tragedy - the reverie of peaceful, normal life ended by a random,

Thank you so much, I'm so happy you liked Live Without. It was pretty different than anything I've ever written before! Mostly because there was no Hidan...I actually considered making the last part KakuHidan instead of Ino, but I thought I should stick to the het, see if I can do it decently! But you're right, it is difficult to think of one without the other-usually Kakuzu can be easy to write alone but I find it hard to make Hidan stand by himself, without Kakuzu

Thank you so much, I'm so happy you liked Live Without. It was pretty different than anything I've ever written before! Mostly because there was no Hidan...I actually considered making the last part KakuHidan instead of Ino, but I thought I should stick to the het, see if I can do it decently!
