I couldn't squeeze your prompt into a single picture tbh OTL I almost did the Tempest as that was the last Shakespeare play I saw, but then I remembered that Twelfth Night had the rain quote. Glad you liked it!

The comic is lame orz the jester is singing the closing lines of the play Twelfth Night which seem to reflect the English predilection for rain, gloom and doom. I was just thinking France would have a hell of a time domesticating England when he first found him "GET OUT OF THAT BURROW, ENGLAND" "Come in out the rain, England" "Stop eating raw meat, England!!!" etc.
