The psychology thing in the VUWsci06 (as me and Johanna have taken to calling it because we are cool, ie. lazy) was fascinating. We got lots of lollies (apparently the psych department has a budget for them). I completely missed a six foot gorilla walking through the middle of a basketball game and waving (on a video). I seem to have a pretty good ( Read more... )

I ADORE DAVID TENNANT. He is my new object of lust. We can be alone together, which defeats the purpose of alone, but still. David for teh winz.

I wish I went.

But I would only be going for the pschology part... but I think I may have already known a bit about it. I already saw the gorilla one, I love the guy that presents those shows.

You should have come :D it was fun and there were lollies and there were boys and one was offering to buy us icecream, the idiot thinks you warm up if you eat icecream when it's cold.

Aaaaaaaaanyway you should have come because the stuff apart from psych was interesting.

It makes your insides colder than your outsides thus making you feel warm... I always eat icecream and cold things in the winter while complaining about the cold.

Yeah, it all sounds interesting... I was just all lazy about going to the meeting.

You had not seen Shakespeare in Love before? Oh, missing out! Are you doing R&J for English this year? When you are seventh form and study Othello, watch Stage Beauty and you will be utterly blown away by the part where they act the death of Desdemona and the downfall of Othello. I know I was. It was so rageful and scary and fabulous.

Yes, it was very sad, so we watched it for Johanna's English homework and o! I am so glad her English teacher set that movie. My class isn't ;_; we did What's Eating Gilbert Grape? which I don't like. Damn my teacher's obsession with Johnny Depp. I shall keep this recommendation in mind. If not I may rediscover it when reading through old entries for nostalgia's sake.

If you like Johnny Depp and are not inflicting him for study purposes on people who don't like him...
