Unfortunately I've known the economic definition for over half a century, but I'm not sure what the other definition is. From the brief blurb on Amazon I think of the thing I observed in the long ago days when I did people's taxes, and saw that people with higher incomes were paying interest on a house and maybe a car, but people with lower incomes were paying interest (at higher rates) on three or four credit cards, which lowered their disposible income even further and which they really couldn't afford. Is that the kind of thing you're thinking of?

I did a chapter-by-chapter examination of the book in July and August of 2018. It starts with the introduction, and each successive chapter is examined three days later.

One of these days I really need to go back and put links to the subsequent chapters in the post for the introduction.
