I weigh myself weekly, rather than daily. It's a bit of a challenge to resist, but weight can fluctuate so much day-to-day that it actually helps in the long run.

Re: the sudden weight gain, fruits and vegetables contain a lot of water, so it might be water weight.

That's something I didn't think about either.

I think that focusing too much on the numbers too isn't helping at all. I want to change body fat moreso than numbers, you know?
