I've recently changed my diet and started doing tons of pushups and situps and swimming laps. The same bug must have bit us both. I haven't lost much weight but a lot of people have commented that I look thinner, plus I'm doing 150 pushups and situps a day now where 60 used to be hard. So I guess that proves I've gained more muscle.

Anyway, I chose activities where I didn't really have to pay any money or be in public, so I usually do it right before I go to sleep and right after I wake up. Works for me (so far).
