This is awesome so far. I'm really liking Sierra, their evolving relationship and her bringing the B&W candle was so sweet. I bet the pair getting along has made all the higher ups breath a sigh of relief.

Since the higher ups were about at their wits end as to what to do with the two of them, they are. Probably didn't think that throwing the two of them at each other would be more than a temporary solution, but it worked.

Glad you like Sierra. I sometimes have a hard time making characters at least somewhat original, especially human ones.

I know the feeling. I'm always a little uneasy in putting an OC of mine front and center in a story, even though they almost universally go over well.
