Not in the Twin Cities that I know of, but in Atlanta there's a Martin Luther King Boulevard and I seem to remember that it's huge and runs through downtown.

MLK Boulevard is on the east side of town in Portland? It's pretty much the main thoroughfare through NoPo before it turns into 99E. It crosses NOrht Rosa Parks Way at some point.

They keep trying to rename a street after Chavez, but there's been some resistance to that idea...
