I read it while having a stroke. :D Actually I saw that you had updated, had a stroke, scanned it, had another stroke, then read it. LOL Excellent chapter and it was well worth the wait (although you should update quicker next time ;) ).

I'm so glad you like it! I do plan on being a little more expeditious with the next chapter. I've actually got the opening part more or less written out in my head. But I've committed myself first to cranking out the first chapter of a Doctor Who story (and, you know, making my damn ficathon assignment coherent and postable).
