That is a very lengthy list. I approve most heartily of "Alan Ruck is now the coolest person on the planet."

What did he do?

LMAO I thought you would. :P Well, he facechecked us. Twice. As I said he recognized us at the panel when he came in and was all like "oh hey, it's you guys again". Afterwards I came up to talk to him, I can't remember about what, and he said he was sorry about my voice and asked if I wanted any water (my voice was going dead and I had to get the panel lady to ask a question for me during it). Then on Monday we passed him on the sidewalk and as he was approaching he started doing the whole "point point I know you people" thing again, and all of us were like "HAY AGAIN" and he patted my sister on the shoulder and I called a "thank you for coming" after him and he smiled and waved.

Yeah, me and my sister are leaving our husbands for him. :D He was our favorite person at the convention.

Actually my brain just died and I realized I wasn't replying to a post I made on a forum, so here's the beginning of the story--we met him on Friday on the Walk of Fame and he was awesome and we got pictures with him and my sister got his autograph. The next day was the panel I mentioned earlier.

Haahaaa, that's alright.

I am so amazingly jealous right now. :D What was the panel all about? I tried to find out about it with my google-skills, but they failed me. That just sounds so awesome.

He's such a nice guy and a good actor -- Hollywood should wise up and employ him more often...

- You can talk for twenty minutes straight about yarn

LOL Only twenty minutes? She needs to come to my knit night. We can talk about yarn a lot longer than that. :D

She might have kept on going if there hadn't been other people on the panel. :D

This.

And as a raving Malcolm McDowell fanpoodle, this list tickles me interests thusly. I dare ask, what'd McDowell do to poor NBC? Really

Well, he bashed the everliving fuck out of them. And Heroes. Like I said, we couldn't tell if he was being extremely bitter or extremely sarcastic--because, you know, the British sense of humor can be different from ours. That, and Cristine Rose kept making a lot of "I love NBC and everything they choose to do" comments in reply to him. I'm kind of leaning towards the sarcastic humor side, while my mom's going towards bitter.

I took some videos during the panel I'm going to upload to YouTube that might illustrate it better. :)

She also learned:
- Who I was
- That her daughters are bigger geeks than she is
