If I put it out in public, will it make me write more?

Okay, so here's the deal. I have two longer Supernatural case fic WIPs that are sitting about on my hard drive and I'd like to finish them. They're both set during the early seasons of Supernatural... pre-deal.

Although I always like the whole hurt!Dean and protective!Sam aspect, I think you go with the first one. It sounds like that's more together, so you should finish that one first.

Well, as a die-hard HURT!DEAN fan, the second one hits my kink just in the right place so there my vote lies. Now, if the 1st has hurt!Dean then that one's on equal footing.

On another note; I'm in the US too so if you need help, I'd be glad to lend it. I know how it is when writing out of your element; wrote Pirates of the Caribbean for quite a number of years (I know erinrua from our Yahoo group for that fandom) and I can say without a doubt, had it not been for my fellow Brits, that fandom would've sunk me for sure with the vernacular, logistics and ship heavy info. GUH.. but dude, it was a total blast ( ... )

Oh thanks, hon! I may even take you up on that. I seem to collect helpers, that way I don't over-tax any one of you with my writing fail. lol!

Oh, also, sorry if I confused you with the title of the post. I don't post wips... it's just when I'm writing I whine a lot on locked or unlocked posts and bully people into discussing it with me etc. So the writing aspect of it - how much I've written when or how much I'm failing to write it - is public. :P

hehehehe ...*reddens* no worries. I don't think you confused me so much as I over-interpreted, inserting my own frustrations with my own WIP, the very same one of my beta's is encouraging me to start posting now. I have a good 7 chapters done, just ... it's that black mark and the insanity that is my life at the present that skeers me off a tad.

But writing is where I find my center, my escape so feel free to poke me when you have an issue with which ever fic you decide to focus on.

I totally understand. If you flip through my fic lists there's a Weir/Beckett fic of suck-itude - that not only sucks, but will never be completed. *nods* I learned something from that! Oh yis! :P

And BRILLIANT! Adds you to the mental list of willing fic!servantshelpers. :)

lol! Pretty sure they'll get tossed about a bit in fic #1 too, but #2 is definitely more that way inclined. :)
