I'm ignoring the SG1 parts. So I really liked SGA. I miss Carson, but I thought the rest of the episode was really good. :-)

And that guy looks like Noah Wyle.

Huh. Okay, so somewhere it said in big letters "Reaper". Maybe on the Ten website, because I usually don't even know episode names. I stand corrected then.

I want to write a story following from that episode, but it's an SGA crossover and not really much to do with SPN. Just my brain going to odd places. But it would be cool to have the Impala.

Cam made Sam biscuits!!! Squeee! So freaking teamy and cuteness! :)

I am really missing Carson already. I can hardly stand to read fanfiction with him in it at the moment, its just depressing me. I was under the impression that he was "disappearing" and that there was going to be the possibility of him coming back (even if only once in a while). But this looks permanent to me. They had a body and everything (at least that was my impression). I was prepared to say a temporary goodbye. I wasn't prepared for this. *shakes fist at Martin Gero*
In SGA they do not have a lot of "soft" characters. Almost everyone else has a harder edge. Either through sarcasm, distant professionalism, or macho posturing. Carson was the one who wasn't afraid to feel. I don't know how they are going to replace that.

They seem to be giving Rodney a softer side these days, but that certainly won't replace carson and I wouldn't want them to make ROdney like that. I have no idea.

Do you think any of those new characters will remain in a "recurring" capacity. They introduced quite a few never before seen people. *shrugs*

I won't rant because it isn't me, but I don't get the whole killing Carson thing at all. I hope PM finds a really good new job.

Yeah, like with the whales. *smiles*

maybe a few. But I doubt it.

I don't feel like ranting either. I understand what the PTB are trying to accomplish. I guess I was just surprised at my emotional reaction. Of course I was expecting a little more hope for Carson returning.

I'm a tad upset with this season, because it feels like fanfiction. I really think there is someone out there feeding the writers what they think the fans want. But there is a reason I read fanfiction and it's a different reason to why I watch the show. I love the new team moments, but I do hope they get back into the regular swing of things, because it's getting on my nerves. Give me some good old wraith action or something. Surely team moments can be incorporated within it all.

Am I too whiny? Everyone else seems so happy with this season, so I've just been keeping quite. I have loved several of the episodes, but yeah. Not even sure what I'm saying. :P
