Yay, you got around to watching it. It really is fanfic! Man-on-man kisses and references to Jack/Ianto! It had me fielding questions from my brother asking me whether John Barrowman was gay. So I guess they were convincing kisses!

And I love the bits with Ianto and Owen taking jabs at each other and then trying to knock each other down.
