I'm so glad Eric/Lafayette are getting more scenes together this year. Whatever I don't care if their scenes are rooted in drugs and overall badness, they're so amusing together.

Eric is so obvious this season it's ridiculous. His schmoopy feelings are all out there.

I don't know about Amelia. She doesn't show up until book 6 so probably not for awhile. Or maybe since she's a witch they can somehow tie her in with the witches involved with Eric's memory loss next season. idk. But she has a pretty big part in the series, even if Sookie does already have Tara as a BFF I'd be surprised if they don't include Amelia at all.

I hope so about Amelia. I really like her. I missed her in the last book. I hope she comes back.
I remember liking Amelia/Pam a lot and I was kind of mad when they broke up and then Amelia started dating that werewolf guy. There was a moment when I got all excited about Amelia/Pam and Eric/Sookie going on double dates. lol

HAHA I know the feeling! That was me last year. I think that's partially why I started doing these picspams. Because I just needed to spend more time on True Blood stuff.

lol although I don't know if introducing you to Pam would really be showing much else of the show since Pam is Eric's BFF/sister/daughter/2nd in command.
In truth, Eric/Pam is my favorite relationship on the show. They're both made of awesome together.

Alcide is so damn fiiiine. I feel a little guilty bc as soon as he came on my screen I was kind of like, "Eric who?" Still love both though.

lol I can't wait for your recap of 9 Crimes. it was kind of a terrible ep imo, only made better with Eric and moar shirtless Alcide. Also, Terry ♥♥♥. He somehow managed to worm his way into becoming one of my top 5 favorite characters on this show with just this ep.

You weren't a fan of Sunday's ep? I kind of liked it. It wasn't the best ep ever, but I was entertained (I think I liked it better than 3.03). It definitely needed more Eric (as always) but what we did get of him was kind of awesome. Out of curiosity, what didn't you like about it?

hee! Yes, Terry is amazing. He just such a nice guy. I'm going to feel so bad for him when he finds out it's not his baby. But since he's such a good guy he'll probably end up raising the baby with her anyway (if she ends up having it that is)

haha basically anything that had Beel in it. I am almost pretty sure that his phone call to Sookeh and the scene that he punched Lorena in were NOT supposed to be funny, but they came across as hilarious to me bc of Stephen Moyer's frowny face and acting, which I think is kind of terrible. People keep saying that they find s3 Beel to be more likeable than s2 Beel but really, I don't see it. He's still an awful character to me and I have a feeling that like with Tara in s2, I will be skipping most of his scenes lmao

Also, I thought Sookie was really annoying this episode. I mean...sure, she just got dumped, but the way they've been writing her has made her seem really obnoxious whenever she's crying about Beel. I kind of rolled my eyes when she pointed out Cooter as one of the ones responsible for kidnapping Beel to Alcide. It was like, really, Sookie? no one cares - I really doubt that Alcide did.

I think what's more likable about Bill this season is that they're not trying to force him on everyone like he's this great, wholesome, upstanding hero. That just came off so fake to me in the past.
Plus, his makeup seems better so he looks more attractive than he did last year. haha.

haha I was kind of amused when Sookie was crying over Bill. Even though she's 25/26 I think it's easy to forget that she has the experience of a 15/16 year old. This was literally her first break up ever, so naturally she would handle it like a teenager. I laughed pretty hard when she said "I don't have a nutsack" through her tears. idk I think we were supposed to find that scene kind of silly because of her over the top teenage break up reaction.

I kind of love how wicked and demonic Eric looked and sounded in that first scene with the were. Kind of a cross between Christian Bale's Batman and one of the Buffy vamps.

His little nod does things to my heart, ngl.

That killed me. He is so fucking smitten. <3

Alcide is majorly hot. I'm kinda rooting for the Eric/Sookie/Alcide threesome, if I'm being perfectly honest. :)

Eric and Lafayette are an absolute dream team.

HAHA oh gosh now when I watch that scene I'm just going to think of Batman. I can't unsee it.
It's always so interesting to think of True Blood vamps vs Buffy vamps because they're so different. I mean, Buffy vamps were just straight up evil. lol or I guess until Angel and Spike.

Eric/Sookie/Alcide threesome would be the best. I hope Eric actually ends up having a few scenes with Alcide since they do sort of know each other already. I remember liking some of the scenes in the books when Eric came to Alcide's apt to see how things were doing.
