Ginormo To Do List of 06-07 School year (stolen from Amanda)

Aug 29, 2006 12:42

So I've been disappeared for quite some time. There was some New Orleans time, some packing time, and now some Ithaca time. I'm all moved into my apartment, and I love it. I LOVE my single: best thing ever! Classes start tomorrow, so I'm posting le grand to do list for the 2006-2007 school year. Amanda did it first, but I like the idea. And I like ( Read more... )

I have three things to say which might really be four:
1: I'd say this is less-so stolen and more so adapted, as my listing was not intentionally a For the Year thing; it was just huge and coincidentally unupdated for a year; also your formatting is different than mine.
2: I am shocked you are not already able to do a back handspring, and am stealing that one and adding it to my list.
3: I present you with a counterargument that always meant a lot to me (and if you know who said it you win a prize): I always figured if I had a fallback plan, I'd fall back. So I didn't let myself have any other plan. Something to ponder.

Perhaps I should have specified and said "relearn backhandspring," but I only did one by myself once, and the day I learned to do it was the last day of gymnastics class.

And I'm going to guess the speaker of that wise saying is an NTI visitoresque person. For some reason I want to say Eliza Jane Schneider. Is that right?

Not even close.

Well... actually, it's entirely possible she (or some similarly categoried person) said something very like that. But! If they did, I either didn't hear it or don't recall hearing it. That ain't who I'm quoting.

See, she was the one who I probably listened to the most. Umm.... Based on you and your amazing playwright abilities, I'm going to guess a playwright's week friend.... Rachel Sheinkin?

I wanna do lots of those things too. Mostly the ones about getting shit done and being organized and stuff. Oh and some others like the exercising one (I havn't moved in a few days.) It is a long list but you can probably do most of them relatively easily...once you get past that damn pesky procrastination part (goes for me as well obviously!) Well...at least you know that you won't become a whole lot more responsible or motivated when you become an "adult" like me!

Kara, you aren't an adult; you're just Kara "I'll-Kill-You-*fingerpoint*" Lamanna. And I do mean that as a compliment.

Oh yah. And I certainly hope that on your to-do list is do a back handspring and to learn to pop. That would make my day.
